Which eco solvent is best for an office environment?

Another idea, instead of solvent or latex, what about a RTR UV printer like the new Roland or Fuji? They're significantly more money than a solvent or ecosol printer, but maybe they'd work for you?

Thanks for all the replies even though they're not really what I want to hear.

I think we may end up taking another look at the Latex after all.

I think a UV machine will be too expensive and even ignoring the potential health issues with eco solvent, our neighbour (a couple of rooms away) is not the most understanding guy and if he smells solvent we could be forced to cease using the machine.
