Hello, I have a client who wants to match the existing signs at their clinics. I have tried Vista, Caribee & Erie Custom. Any other suggestions?

The tactile looks textured and has rounded edges, also the color is full depth. I would suggest a UV-printed production method
hard to tell with the Braille, assuming UV Printed instead of raster beads

the gap between the back layer and middle layer is from a thick VHB tape

You could give Gemini a look. They have a lot of different material they work with. I primarily buy acrylic lettering and logos but they do good work. Www.geminimade.com

We do wholesale ada signage. If you're able to get us a physical copy it would be ideal to attempt to match, it does look to be printed, most likely thermoformed.

We do mostly applied text and raster braille, we can do UV as well but currently they print customs sign backers to be engraved.

Looks like ABET or CORIAN sheet with UV printed text and braille
alternative is to use 12mm and 5mm Perspex
