why god does this buckle constantly?

mine only does this when i put in a new roll of banner, so i always feed it a few ft. forward and it somehow fixes this issue.

God should be capitalized...maybe then he will help you with the printer

I am not sure about that series of epson (we have several older stylus pro's) but the rolands have tpered outer pinch rollers to hold vonyl or banner taut. I would figure a new set of roller makes sense, especially since the wear pattern was mentioned. If not, at least give them a good cleaning & see how it looks.

I see we have a solution, but i always assume this kind of problem comes back with certain materials
