IDK about how worthwhile this is. Like, f*ck this dude, but it's doubtful he has the cash to pay this out of pocket, and now he's unemployed. do you think it's worth the time and effort to 'file charges' for damage to machinery that he's expected to utilize in his daily tasks, even if used improperly, it would be nearly impossible to argue malicious intent vs accident.you will be filing charges if he fails to pay.
