The wrap business isn't any different than any other business. 9/10 the customer will get what they pay for. Educating clients on the difference between you a d the other guy assures that they at least know what they are paying for. During the delivery of each job I try to spend a minute explaining what we did that the other guys probably wouldn't ha e taken the time to do. Hopefully clients will pass on that info and think about it next time they see an advertisement that might seem too good to be true.
I also run a tattoo chain with 6 locations....Trust me when I say...it only takes one outfit with no respect for the trade to ruin it for the lot.
