Wrong ID - Any help

Hey there. I posted this morning for this font ID and got a quick response of Humanist 531 and 521.. Unfortunately they are close but not correct. Any ideas?

It appears that it is Humanistm but 531. My programs only have 521. Check out the differences

The bottom line is Humanist 521 Light, according to my PostScript Typeface library (and my poor eyesight). Banks is hard to tell, but it's either Humanist 521 Bold or 531 Black.
