XC540 Cutting Problems

Hi I have a Xc540 printer has a cutting problem..
I have tried all settings but no luck.. i think problem is hardware problem..

After cutting complete (of course not correct cut).. cutting carriage seperated.. No stick to Magnet..

Have you tried limit intialization?

yes.. i tried all the setting.. problem must be from hardware .. but im not sure what it needs to be ?

Your picture shows it connected. When it's cutting, it's not supposed to be connected to the print carriage. If your just getting a message that the carriages are separated, then you probably need to clean the encoder strip.

Actually .. its seperating when its cutting yes. But when cutting is finish suppose to stick to magnet .. its not doing it.
I cleaned encoder but still same.. there is a hardware problem which i cant find it.
