I know you're a ways away from these guys, but give Trigon Imaging in Cincinnati a call and see what they'd charge you to get a profile set up or walk you through the process. (should be able to remote in) They're a GREAT team to have on your side for Epson support.
If we still had printers/profiles for this I would help you out myself.

I spoke with the factory at Colex and cutting those thicknesses of aluminum is "no problem". Is that your main interst with the laser? or is there another application?

I'd love to set up a demo if you want to give me an hour on the computer.

Sadly no one responded to my original post on cleaning brushes. Is turpentinendifferentbthan brush cleaner. After searching the web I do find they are differen. Brush cleaner can be anything. As a result of this I think I ruined my good lettering quills.

This solution does nothing to break down one shot enamel. I found some genuine turpentine and the difference was remarkable. It broke down the one shot.
