    Unrecognize print on Vutek 5330

    I face problem on Vutek 5330 , the machine work properly but when we send file for printing it output unrecognize printing in some place of the width of the machine. and the same thing for the jet test.(some color from the image source shifted about 15 cm for example only magenta or only cyan)...

    thx I solve the problem it was from the 12v fuse on the power board , I change it , but the COMM(1) ERROR was becasue I forget to plug one cable in it's correct socket thank you for your reply
