If you are using an ECO SOL ink and the cut is on the bleed. Then you should turn your heater to about 46-49 ( for printer and dryer ). It works every time for me

Thanks for the advice. I do mostly hard hat / coffee mug decals and they get printed in large quantity. Letting them dry for 24 hours almost seems impossible. Yes, of course if there is a white trim then its always good. But, in certain cases when i do a decal a colored edge is preferred.

The ink huh? That is an unexpected answer. Although, makes sense now. Currently i use a Roland Sp300 and use ECO-SOL MAX inks. Perhaps i can get a laminater or use a spray. I often do thousands of stickers at a time. Thanks for the responses

Answer to this. The arm on the left side of the printer has to be in the upright position. otherwise the display will tell you to close the maintenance cover.
