Don't get all upset because you do not know how to operate a printer. Not once did you mention why your printer is dead in the water. Ever here of user error?

So you have a 64 inch XC-540? Since when did Roland start making that? You sound like you really know what you are talking about, good job!
The cable that the cut head is attached to is loose, it needs to be adjusted. Over time it stretches causing the cuts to be off the more the head travels to the left
If I remeber correctly I thought you had to 'reintialize the limit' after you clean the encoder. After that do a 'linear setup' then 'linear calibration'. If you don't know how to do those adjustments I would suggest you call your dealer.
