I'd like to say that this works... Printer is stored in a warehouse - but is plugged in to a computer running the batch file. You can see how many days it has been since it was used by the number of strips on the piece of throwaway. Did have a problem in the late summer - things gummed up...

Had pneumonia, then life generally went south... Trying to find job, and begging gas money for when I get interviews...

At least for the ones that are plugged directly into the parallel port on XP machines. There's also a workaround for network shared printers and USB printers, but I need to hunt it down... Make yourself a CMYK job that takes up a quarter inch or a half inch of material. Print it to a file...

I used Monoject 412 (you can get them off the internet/ebay). The tips are tapered to a very small hole.

Order a refurb kit for your Falcon Jr., after you get tired of looking at funky weirdness from letting the thing sit too long over the winter. After you have the thing, and have resigned yourself to taking everything apart, the printer will perk right up.

Where does anyone get anything - Ebay! I'm using oem eco-ultra. Got a refurb kit on the way, but I may try to stretch things out somewhat...

I can play the stereo... Tube preamp into a Hafler amp into a pair of Maggies... Otherwise, if friends gig, I'm the guy who carries stuff. BTW, if anyone is looking for a nice affordable tube preamp, google aric audio or check ebay for his stuff...

What do you use for a cleaning cloth? And you just take hemostats or something and slide it back to the capping station? Or are some of you guys taking the sheet metal off the thing once a week?

Is there a good source to buy heaters? That seems to be one of the things that croaks...

What benefits do you get from a 48" printer? Seems like the standard sizes are more like 30", 54" and then above... When I replace this stuff, I'm just going to get a 60" or larger...

I think the main reason that folks unload Falcon Jr printers is that they'll only do 38" material and under... You can always stick a roll of 15" stuff in your 100" printer, but you can't go the other way...

Not walking down to the basement a whole heckuva lot has taken a toll. I'm ordering a refurb kit from imprintech... So y'all had better get ready for a buncha stupid questions. You know, it'd be nice to replace EVERY one of these damn screws with finger screws, as often as one needs to take...
