I like to know How do you guys save your Printhead Because of Curfew I put solvent to the cap and lock the tube that goes to pump (Solvent Parking) Currently Using DX5 Printhead Then I change Solvent and Do a Black Patch Print and Do the Same for 3Days What do you guys do and Recommend

Changed dampers but still same results

First of all you need to check the cables if it loosen on any end this could be happens did you try turning off firewall also try disconnecting printer power cable and press the power button about 3 times and then restart the printer

It's a roland rs 640 running vw5.5.1

Mostly i used sign and display for prints But now i can't use sign and display at all when i'm using sign and display for portrait or something cyan is not printing at all

I do have problem with Cyan print head i can't print 100% cyan with Sign & display profile it's printing faded cyan like 50% But density control works fine I Cleaned dampers and pump unit but i can't find issue related hardware Test print is 100% Okay Reinstalled software and still can't find...

so i have few questions Did you installed the corel draw correctly? where did you download the corel draw software is it a pirate or genuine? what os you are using and what version of corel draw? is this comeup with blue screen of death or just blue screen?

this is happening after a week. that's the problem this didn't happen earlier... banding issue is slightly visible on 3pass printing. but no issue with 4 - 8 pass and i think the reason is it's consume more ink and it's really hard to dry (printer has front heaters and fans)

I checked the calibration settings and it's all perfectly align no issue at all i thought the same when this problem appear but it's not :(

i will post a test print image tomorrow now i'm not at office

thanks for the suggestion but this print head is brandnew and test print is 100% Okay. No nozzle clog at all
