    The model is a SP300V The lightning took out our internet also which the att guy had to replace a couple of coils outside of our home to get that working. So I would say this is not going to be an easy fix. :(

    I just did what you said. Thank you it printed beautiful! Nice colors. So now what I should do is print with out the Density control on to see if there is black in it now?
