Get yourself a fabric tape measure (a tailor's tape measure) about 10 feet long, and measure off both sides of the input roller to the take up (in a loop fashion). Your input roll is not square causing everything to skew. Get it down to the mm and you'll be right as rain.

Try taking that same image and using the EWS of the printer (type IP of printer in a web browser) send it to the printer. See what kind of results you get. My bet is flexi is doing flexi stuff screwing with your image.

I would say this: When at a trade show if you have a chance to see people setting up these printers, look at whats easiest to put in place. that mimaki flatbed took almost all day to set up. The CET we set up was in place up and running in 2 hours. Forget about Oce.

That test print of the 360... You need to upgrade firmware, and replace that lycysn lt mag head. That will fix that "smile" in your alignment pattern.

Y axis test If you take off the right cover and see the main board, you can switch the Y and X encoder wires, (labeled) then start the cutter, if the issue moves to the X axis its the Main Board Bad. If it stays at the Y, it could be a motor. Check belts for fray and wear while in there. Gluck

Skew fix If you think the roll is moving, get some hose the size of the shaft, with a hose clamp and a thumb screw and it will never move again. as stated above... make sure everything is square. You can have bad rollers all day but with proper adjustment, you can do it!
