  1. Canva

I actually send clients to Canva now! It is the era of DIYers so if they are going to create a file, getting them to make them in Canva instead of Word, Excel or PowerPoint is the best way. What I do, is I get them to share the file with me. I bought a pro subscription which makes it very easy...
  2. Need Help Red Color Shifting to Orange in Prints - Taimes T1802 Troubleshooting

I think most printheads are typically good for about 1000 mils of ink fired. I have had to change some printheads at around 600 mils but others have lasted well over 1200 mils.
  3. Need Help Red Color Shifting to Orange in Prints - Taimes T1802 Troubleshooting

If your printhead is getting close to the end of its life (3/4 or so) it may drop color once it heats up. I have had that issue in the past with a different printer. I would replace your magenta printhead, even if it is not requesting it, even if your colour calibration prints okay.
  4. Window Perf vinyl sticking to middle layer

Had to lower the temperature 40 degrees! Printed beautifully then. Thanks.
  5. Need Help mutoh 1304 solid colour problem

A couple of things...I have a Mutoh which I have pretty much retired. I have always had an issue doing blues with it. There was one time though that when I tried to print the same image on my latex printer, it did the same thing. Figured out it was the stock which Avery has since discontinued. I...
  6. Need Help Install signage on corrugated seacan

Hi. I've done letters on corrugated metal like that. What I did was measure a 2' flat distance. I then took a piece of premask and followed the curves in that 2' distance, peeled it, measured it, then distorted the artwork accordingly. Installation was fairly easy, one letter at a time, started...
  7. Window Perf vinyl sticking to middle layer

Thanks, kind of wondering that. New roll to me a few weeks ago... Think I will be ordering a different brand. Thanks.

  9. Window Perf vinyl sticking to middle layer

OneSign OneSignProducts.com Hmmmm...can't get to their site.
  10. Window Perf vinyl sticking to middle layer

Just printed and laminated some window perf on a latex printer. Seems there is the backing paper, then a thin piece of plastic (a coating on the paper so the vinyl can peel away from it), then the perforated vinyl. The thin piece of plastic in between the paper and window perf, seems to be...
  11. Regular vinyl on reflective for signs?

Wow, that's something I have never heard of before. Thanks.
  12. Regular vinyl on reflective for signs?

I live in the boonies. When entering small towns, there is a row of signs advertising the local businesses. Not highway signs really, business signs set up on farmland. The other signs at the side of the road look like crap, you cannot see them at all at night because whoever made them did not...
