Never looked on youtube for anything about a steamer. We use jacquard brand steamer. We also do some direct poly printing and use the same steamer to set those inks also, just different settings.

I had this same problem after cleaning one time, i knocked it loose. Just make sure it is set all the way when putting back in. There are two tabs that sorta "click in" on the bottom. It took me a few times to get it set right but finally got it and have had no more problems with it.

Never worked on a roland before, but when i replace heads and dampers on my mimki air is always an issue. i always have to replace gaskets on my dampers and get all air out of the line before installing. then on my mimki and have to do 3 ink fills on the new heads to get them to hold a charge...
