I've had my 48" mutoh from Sign warehouse since april. I love it, not one problem. Tech support has been great for me as well. I have no complaints at all, and would recommend SW and this printer to anyone. Steve

Ok, I did this. Took a file that freezes the q42 on contour cut every time on my desktop, loaded it into flexi on my laptop which has vista, printed and cut, no problems. Is my problem in Windows 7 I guess????.

I did that, same resuts the error message I get on the cutter is "e1006 hardware adress load error 0688f6eh....

Nozzle check looks good on all but the black, which is showing some deviations in the pattern, but no drop out. Thanks for the quick responses:)

The problem does affect old jobs that did print well previously. It is not gradual, I cant get red no matter how I alter the color in Corel or Versaworks.

My VP has stopped printing red. Anytime red is present it prints a orange color. Test print shows no problems. I am not sure where to start. I have cleaned the heads. Caps maybe? I am new to printing so this is frustrating, but I have to learn somehow.... Thanks Steve
