You could use PN 1000017417 - CABLE-CARD,15P1 2800L BB HIGH-V It's used on current models and is a little longer. Just fold up the excess to keep it out of the way. Get it from any Roland dealer. Good Luck

Check what the humidity is in your shop. Looks like it could be static charge building up from the pinch wheels. If your humidity is below 40% this is a likely cause. The lower the humidity is, the stronger the static charge will be. Different medias will react differently to this. Good luck

This was not uncommon on early FC9000s (disk number starting with A) later models have a reengineered handle that has been pretty robust. If you get a replacement handle it's the new design. PM me if you want to order a replacement. Good Luck

Get a Roland cap top to start with. Also, the magenta line to changed to a single line isn't the channel that you're having problems with. Did you put in new dampers when you installed the print head? Did the print head come from Roland? What do you mean by "adjusting the station position"...

Do the heaters warm up? Is your shop cold? What temps are your print heater and dryer set to?

I've rebuilt the tabs with super glue and baking soda. Unfortunately, you can bypass the switches because certain routines ask for the doors to be opened and closed at certain points. Good luck.
