I have the 82" inch steeltrak and the Excalibur 5000. I love both of them. The steeltrak had a few kinks I had to work out but still a very good cutter. I would get the 82" if you are going to buy one.
We use those rubber rollers that pick up all the little micro stuff works good but they are like 200. I wouldn't use air it kicks stuff up and it will settle eventually.

rjssigns I just went to canvas discount and bought a 30" x 20." The total came out to 57.05. I selected the bare minimum for the that size. The website lets you upgrade your print with more options after you download your image. I selected some of options. one at a time to see how much my cost...
You are not getting even pressure and you will never get even pressure laminating by hand. Use your machine turn the heat up to 120f-130f that will kill the silvering try only to go 5-6feet a minute apply about 40psi on your nip rollers and the less tension on your Film the better.
