Correction on the length of time, it was a year and 3 months. The material used was the Elite Sunshade 50/50 with a Brightline Shield Optically Clear laminate. Both were recommendations from the supplier.

Funny, I just used this last night on a large wall mural. On the individual substrate profile, there is a checkbox called "Long Run Consistency Mode", uncheck that and it should stop.

Tried and true for all static problems for me has been static tinsel cord, or static away spray from the grocery store. The antistatic bars for presses could be mounted I suppose, but thats some big money there.

Our 360 has one maintenance kit for cleaning printheads. It runs about $160. We can see the percentage from the ink level screen. the larger the percentage the greater the need to replace. I hope that helps.
