I just got my valuecut 1300 this week so by all means Im no expert. I have successfully cut many decals for tests and even full sheets when I got bold. I am now trying my first laminated wrap material for a door sign and the plotter keeps giving me an "AAS Detect Fail 8" Error. Basically when...
That was awesome! What a soldier! Man you cant buy that kind of sense of humor and heart. Consider yourself ready to retire, your job as a father has been sealed :). Thats a great kid on actions alone. Of course you have to help put his bike back together first then retire :).
:omg2:! I tell ya what, I have had my Roland for a about a year and a half and havent had to change anything on it. I have yet to have my heads, even when I havent done a cleaning in a week, look like that. YOU HAVE TO CLEAN IT RELIGIOUSLY WEEKLY! Every friday or monday buddy just pick one...
Hi guys and gals,
Having issues with my Roland xc 540 in mid print fading into a different color and than staying consistent with that color till the end. Its very strange to me. And this problem isnt on every print just every other one really. Its like my printer decides it doesnt like the...

WEIRD! I just did another test print and it came out fine? what the hell?
If I told you I didnt do anything besides hit the clean button again and you saw the difference between the two you would call me nuts since its like the 15 cleaning I did today.
But whatever its good now :).
Well the caps may be what I need. I've only had this thing for a year or so and I thought it would last a little longer. But what ever I need I gotta get so I guess I'll call my roland rep.
Hey Guys,
I havent posted in a little while but I need help from the real guys that have dealt with this stuff. I just did a test print because I was getting some banding and my test print came out horrible. It was almost missing in two areas. I was thinking Im short of ink in some areas...
I cant agree more that the dark blue on the dark gray doesnt bring out the lettering at all. Perhaps change the shadow to a white or an outline to make it pop would be a better use of the card. That might have been said already but I wasnt reading all these posts just to give my 2 cents bud...
I came in late on this discussion but here goes. Head height is only used for thicker material. Vehicle wrap material is thin and should be set on Low setting. For banners and thicker mil. raise it to make sure you dont get any head strike. Thats about it for the raising of the heads...
