We have a problem with the flush box on a Mimaki JV5, waste ink is leaking, the problem is the flush box, I have found this replacement part Mimaki JV5 Sucker Fan Box Assy - M007053. just wondered if anyone had any advice on fitting it.

Is it possible to add a count to each print? i often print the same image on a roll to roll so would like to know how many are done as i often print on part rolls. i was able to do tis on Colorgate but cant a way on Rasterlink 6. Thanks

I would suggest the uni-directional too. Are the panels coated with a varish/oil? might not be sitting right on the material, some is soaking and some isn't?

When plotting multiple items the plotter loses its place of where to cut and cuts outside of the designated image, i have a block that i can print 3 accross the page, i also had it 3 up so i was printing 9 blocks in total. within each block there are smaller images that for the first 6 the cut...

all four lamps look adjustable, thanks for your reply, I think the way it was set up was for the white printing but the trainer left it like that.

Hi, on the machine mentioned you can place the lamps forwards and backwards, when we were trained the guy placed them apart where as the engineer who recently cam set them back to 0mm. does anyone have any opinions on this? Thanks

What do people do to get cured ink off of their print beds? I currently operate a JFX500-2131. I don't want to experiment with the bed being Teflon with chemicals, thanks
