Thanks, Yah its quite a PROCESS. I ended up using Corels bevel, getting adjustments close, then converting it to bitmap grey scale, then tracing and placing back on original letters. Should be able to tweak from there. It will work, not exact but shall work...,Thanks again

Trying to duplicate this bevel effect in x5, have played with various direction, altitude, intensity levels. Unsure if I'm even on the right track. looking to then cut bevel out like shown in photo, Times New Roman Bold is font I'm working with.Thanks for any help. Mike

Thanks everyone. Labels are 5 x 8 inches, 5000 at a wack. Customer wants paper, That's my real issue. Most cheap white vinyls have no body or thickness to them, so they are not customer friendly for installing quickly. I shall keep looking. Keep feeding ideas if you have any.

I just got an incredible pick on a AD model 830. $100. Practically new. Back to shop it runs real well. I was cutting 15" material fine. I later loaded 24" material. Upon loading, head read pinch rollers then OUT OF LIMIT light comes on. I have no users manual. I went back to 15" material and...
