New to creating profiles on an Epson, but is there a way to change the amount of passes on a generic backlit profile. We have a job that only has black lines that need to be printed and I need something faster than a 12 pass profile.
I've been doing this for awhile. Spray some alcohol on it and cover it up with saran wrap to let it soak. You will be able to scrap some off after you let it sit for 15-30 minutes

I am having one heck of a time printing quality prints on styrene .04 with the Scitex FB700. The belt has ink buildup (which I have been working to get it off, it wasn't taken care of before I started this position) I know that could be part of the problem. But even on photo plus and fine text...
I've been working at it with the alcohol and vinyl. I actually just recently started with the company and this printer has defiantly not been taken care of....
usually thicker substrates do not give me many problems, but today I was printing on foam core and had head strikes. I've been slowly cleaning the belt but styrene has been the hardest because of how thin it is.
