Hi there, May I have more info on how to get to these menus? or even better a copy of the pages describing the process? I am having some yellow glow around my blue nozzles in the nozzle check and I am thinking there is a small issue with the capping station. thanks

Thanks for the replies! that was actually the issue. I loaded the ICC profile in Versaworks, but it was not setting the heating in the machine. So I manually put the correct values in the printer and now the quality is as expected.

I am using the ICC profile for the vinyl, 42 heater and 45 dryer. Not sure if Versaworks is taking these numbers or the machine's default

Hi Guys, I 've been experiencing some bad printing whenever the magenta needs to be used. Its like there is no definition on that color. I have put an image with Red and purple next to a green to show the difference. Nozzle check is perfect though, not a missing or deflected nozzle thanks!

Hi there, I am coming back with some news. I got the price down to 2500 Swissfrancs...so around 2'500 Dollars. I am still deciding what to do, because I think it can be a very good deal at that price, specially if a deep printhead clean can fix the issue

Awesome Jim, thanks for the research job and for the hints. I will see if they accept a -1000 dollars offer. It seems to me 3'5oo is not a very high price for such a relative new machine. Dollars and Swiss franc are more or less the same value ;)

Well It will be to do bike stickers and covers...so fairly small... but If changing the printhead is easy, I think I am starting to get more and more interested!

Thanks for the answer. I am not really sure to get it 1st because of that nozzle check and 2nd because I have heard very bad reviews on the SG series...but the price is very attractive for such a recent machine
