My appoligies. We're printing with a Seiko Colorpainter W-64s. The tech wasn't sure what to set it at, just told us to use trial and error to come up with what works best.

Im printing on an HP9000s running ONYX. It seems the black is completly non existant. In the color band on the outside the black isnt showing up but all the other colors are present. When printing dark colors ive noticed "overyspray" like a dark blue on the white next to it. How can i fix this?

Probelm fixed. Just shut everything down left it off for a few min. turned it back on and it all came up. Pretty weird.

Seems no matter what i change the cut force to the plotter will not cut through the media. Im using 3m IJ680CR-10 Comply. Currently i have the force set on 20, it seems like it cuts better in certain areas and just scratches the top in other places. Is this an issue with one of the settings or...

I know this device has print and contour cut capabilities, but i was wondering if you can use the cut function to cut other media with. For example say i wanted to cut plain black vinyl could i use this machine or would i have to use a separate plotter? Thanks
