Well after having a company with "signs" in the name and now having "media" i am trying to create a retro style logo for the front doors of my van and bonnet, advertising the name and that we are a sign shop as well as doing other media work on the web, but signs is our main field of work now...

Hello did you get this file as .eps or was it made by yourself in corel and exported as .eps, reason i ask is sometimes full vector gradients can play havoc if created with some versions of illustrator or another vector drawing program, i would either do a refill gradient in corel again then...

thanks for that wooly ive got them in now. now for another daft question, how do you take them back out, i mean it says when printing with the head set at its lowest level you cant use the media clamps, so do i again have to undo the screw and slide them out of the track i did this last time...

Ultrasonic cleaner Well i was told by a tech that the ultrasonic cleaners are no good fo ra DX4 printhead, due to th enozzles being very small, they are however very good it seems for the larger xaar printheads and the like He just recommended to give them a soak and see what happens Alan

Fuse F4 well it turns out. one of the head fuses F4 blows when doing a test print. I just replaced all three and checked them in situ, and they were all working, did a test print and Cyan and Black still arent showing switched it off checked fuses and F4 was gone, so how do i check which head...

thanks Yep you can but dont buy one with a plastic surround because it wont last 5 minutes, I'll have to be careful with this one, as ive got solvent on the case, and it dosent like it. Doesnt seem to have done much better with the head cleaning either Alan

ok so i havent got the Cyan or Black working yet,does the fuses work on group A, B, C, or are they black and Yellow Cyan and Magenta etc. see the test print below i have a couple of questions. left side of light cyan looks wavy a bit what could this be, and what is happening with the yellow...
