I've replaced all damper , felt wipers and captop and do a lot of head soaks and still not getting a good nozzle check.

Brent, printer has been sitting for a long time and printhead is plugged up. I changed the dampers, captop, felt wiper and wiper scraper. Drained white and metallic ink out and replaced with cleaning carts. Nozzle check is a little better but tired of messing with it and getting little results.

I want to send my printhead on my Roland VS 420 out to be recovered. Would someone please guide me on what recovery service to use. I tried to contact printhead 911 but their impossible to get a hold of.

WooHoo! This problem is solved. After thinking long and hard and all the things I tried, My issue started when I accidentally got into Limit Position instead of Service Mode. I tried to a Limit Initialization one more time and this time it worked. All errors are gone. I'm very happy that this...

After I complet the limit initialization, I restarted my VS 420 and now getting Scan Motor 0040 error. I think something out of time. Can anyone help me with this.

After doing a lot of searching, I found a YouTube video and in the discription it said to make sure head is parked over Captop or you'll get the unrecoverable limit sensor error. Problem solved. Now I restart VS 420 and I get a Scan Motor 0040 Error. Now what? Really feeling frustrated.

Has anyone had a issue with Sheet Setup Error on VS models?

This I understand, but how do I get pass the Unrecoverable Sensor error. I replaced the sensor and still when I try to do a Limit Initialization, I get the same error.
