There is a groove on the right side of the platen. Make sure your media is set to the left of it. This applies to the JV150 and CJV150’s it may not apply to the JV33 but worth a try.
If you are not getting ink to purge I would try using a syringe to force it out. Be careful not to pull too hard though. Sounds like ink has cured in the line. You may need to replace the ink line and or the capsule filter. Also, the LM guide should “not” be wiped bone dry.

That error message usually means your media is misaligned. Check the position of your media.
Error 250: an error was detected during the scanning operation.
If that didn’t work you will need to replace your x-axis motor and or motor cable. Then proform the same correct Gantry alignment procedure. Hopefully your machine is still under warranty?

Mimaki originally enabled the heaters to see if they would be beneficial mitigating silvering during the laminating process. They then deemed the heaters as not being useful. They were then disabled in firmware 1.3. If you want to use the heaters you would have to revert back to firmware version...

Sounds like the Gantry is not aligned properly. If you turn the machine off. Move the gantry to the middle of the label and then loosen the screws on both sides that lock it into place. Turn the machine on and it will self adjust. Then tighten the screws to lock it back into place.
