Vander is correct they can be bent. Or you can just buy the ones that are pre-bent. I always use pre-bent. But, Mimaki is located 5min from where I work so 100% of my parts come from there. Lol
Normally the warranty on a JFX200 is for the first year only. Unless there is a dealer promo or you purchase an extended warranty plan.
Just an FYI the fuses on JFX200 boards are not the snap in and snap out kind. They are soldered to the board.
Do you have a picture of the Nozzle test print? I would take a look at that first. Also, you may want to check your Head Voltage via #Adjust and make sure your encoder strip is clean with no visable damage or scrapes.
Have you tried replacing the Blade holder? I had a customer with the same issue, we replaced the blade holder and it fixed the problem. When we took the old one out and shook it a bit the blade popped out.
Worth a try if it’s covered under warranty.
I thought you said you had readings of 13.8kOhms?? Those went away and now they are 17.0kOhms? If you just had a new print head put in and have had this error ever since; then the problem is probably with the print head or installation error.
