Hello. I have a Roland Pro 4 XR 640 with print/cut capabilities. Recently it started tapping the cutting carriage/blade during prints and print/cut jobs. Also, while cutting, it skips cutting in random places. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Anyone else having issues with cloud connecting in the last 12 hours or so? Of course it's saturday and I can't get any support... I believe this cloud issue has something to do with me not being able to connect to my Roland RF 640 as well. I need to print and it won't connect to the printer...
