We don't use percentages... we have flat rates for different rushes. $100 for same day, by 4pm, as long as order is in by 10am with print ready art after 10am order will be ready by 10am next morning $50 order will be ready by the end of the next business day $25 order will be ready...

I have never had much luck mounting with a laminator... I got a few Big Squeegees from Signs By Dale and never looked back!!!

Wrap for a local magazine publisher. The car is used for deliveries and sales. The car started off red and wrapping a red car is way more interesting than a white, silver or black car... It took a little extra time to make sure all the red was covered.

Same here... Edges on wrap I'm working on we're so rough I had to go back and re cut them with a knife. Maybe I did something wrong, but how hard could it be?

Job for one of our client's entry way. About 9' tall at the highest point, printed and die-cut on 3M IJ35c. It is mounted on a wall that was covered with sheet metal. Several areas are die-cut to let the sheet metal show through. I also removed the screws and re-installed them after the graphic...

And yes I own an iPad, use an iMac at work, and own a pc I built from scratch a few years ago. Love them all!

The Epson 9900 is an aqueous based printer, which means the inks are water based.they will only hold up for a few months outdoors for a few months even with laminate. Vinyl available for aqueous printers will not perform well during the installation of the wrap. They will not conform arround...

Try Alumapanel. They are great about selling you just what you need. I order a few feet at a time of different specialty vinyls from them.

Vinyls with removable adhesive is designed to be removed within a few years without leaving residue on whatever it was stuck to. If you leave it stuck longer it will eventually form a more permanent bond and not remove easily. Extreme heat and harsh conditions will shorten the timeframe they can...

IJ35C is good to, permenant adheisive will continue to leave the grey residue when removed. If you are planning on screen printing I would say use 3M 50 series cut vinyl. Its cheap and has removable adheisive.

You may also try using a higher end calandered vinyl... 3M IJ40C or Oracal 3551RA have both served us well without having to go full cast on a few jobs. The IJ40C has a removable adheisive while the 3551RA claims permanent with clean removal up to 4 years. Our very first wrap job was printed on...

The Roland versaworks profile for Roland premium wrap vinyl should work well. It is the same material as the Avery mpi 1005sc. However I also agree with all2gether. We use the calandered wrap vinyl profile for pretty much everything, including 1005sc.

There is one guy around here that has taken one of the Power Wheel trucks and gone absolutely crazy with it. I don't think is is even considered a Power Wheels anymore... gas engine from a lawn mower and lifted about 3 feet off the ground. It even has wheels and mud-tires off of a 4-wheeler. LOL...
