when you do PDF's..turn off ALL Image and data compression. It makes it much easier to Rip the file. I experience slow rip times as well with my Colorburst rip for Vutek.

Youre all talking CC's of ink...I go thru roughly 2L of ink/solvent on a weekly basis with my printer...Vutek3360 six color. Between startup in the AM, purging during the day and Filling solvent at night, thats a LOT of fluid! Along with that, it mists during the day as well to keep the jets...

Ive got an 80" Keenkut...I love it. works well on almost any substrate. we've cut .040 alum. with the Hardened blades. Takes a while to do it though! only complaint is that its not long enough for 8' boards I do constantly now!!

Dont need a service contract with mine. You BECOME the mechanic for it. Almost everything is self servicible on it. Call up our tech support and they will walk you through it. We replace heads on our own...calibrate...all that fun stuff. It really is important in my opinion to be capable of...
