I have a 2'x3' piece of aluminum. I attempt to cover it in a solid piece of vinyl for a background color. I spray down the aluminum and vinyl with rapid tac II, lay the vinyl over the aluminum and start squeegeeing the water out with a felt covered 7in squeegee. TONS OF BUBBLES. Any advice is...

I pay him cash because he doesn't have a checking account, but I treat him as a subcontractor and have him sign a receipt, so it's all on the books. The taxes are his responsibility. Customers handle the permits here.

I’m looking to get a 5ft x 10ft cutting mat. Anyone have any experience with the Xtreme mats sold through Fellers? Are they good? Any other recommendations.. thanks.

Thunderbird as an email client is great. Also quickbooks works pretty well for all contacts since every customer pretty much has to go in there, but I don't know about using it for mass emails. I don't like getting promotional emails, so I don't send them. I consider it spam.

My problem in the past has been that the taped vinyl starts to wrinkle as we pass the rivet, and then the whole graphic is ruined.

So the round part is a cap that pops off, and the rivet is really a screw? Sorry, it's new to me..

Is there a softer transfer tape that will help me push the vinyl around the rivet? I think that might do the trick because the problem really is the tape, not the vinyl.
