Just wondering what hours most people are working, how many people regularly work weekends and whether you post your hours at your shop for customers. I don’t have my hours posted, and I’m thinking it’s a mistake.

I'm wondering how people deal with picky customers who have you change or redesign a logo or sign over and over again. Do you explain in the beginning that the cost of the job includes only a certain number of re-designs, and that you'll have to add an extra fee per design change?

Thumbs up for trying to improve your design. I'm not liking the texture--looks cheesy. That's the biggest problem to me. I'm also not crazy about the shading on the text, or the font. The font looks kind of outdated to me for some reason. (edit: this is about the original design.)
