Can you show us a picture of your nozzle check (Test Print) to help verify that there's no other issue going on? Have you experienced a head strike or replaced a head recently? Do you have OEM heads in the printer with the correct head ranks input? I am not sure what DT1 vs DT3 means, but...

Here's two Versaworks CMYK profiles for the VP540i that I found on the Orafol website. One is for Orajet 3165M, the other for Orajet 3165G. Couldn't find one for RA (removable adhesive?) Either way, my guess is that these will work fine. Can't hurt to give them a shot, eh!? :)
