Hello guys and girls... Here is our story: Our Mutoh 1304 was printing but we ordered a new maintance station because the old one was damaged and not working well.I powered it on and started a print and all got black as you see on photos. Does anyone have any suggestions what have caused this...

We have changed all dampers.We have cleaned all tubes with cleaning liquid anb we have sucked ink with the syringe into the damper but again I have those missing nozzle in black(all the right side is missing.) Do you think we have clogged the...

I sucked ink from damper with a syringe and I cannot suck black.A very small amount of black ink is coming to the damper . Is there anything else...

I checked the fuse -I had the f2 fuse blown,I repaired the fuse and blow it again... The electric technician says maybe the diote the f2 fuse goes to ,is damaged... Has anyone have an electric wiring diagram of board to check the diote? I would appreciate any help, Thanks
