Hello everybody, I have a Mutoh VJ 1304 and the last week I see sprayed marks on platen heater . Also,my printings are, like have been sprayed and the colours aren't right(especially light cyan). Any ideas what is wrong?The technician says damper or printhead need change... :banghead: Thanks....

Good morning , I have reset my mutoh VJ 1304 and now I have two black vertical lines at the start and at the end of vinyl(right & left). I want not to print them but i can't remember where to find this correction in the set menu. Could anyone help me with this?:banghead: Thanks , Nasia

I had two more clogs ,today, in cyan again and I discoved that the waste tubing was cloged,too.Do you think that the inks cause these promblems? I don't know how to drain ink with the syringe,have you seen a video on you tube or another link to show me the way? :thankyou:for your response !

My printer works with Eco solvent inks,but I used Sepiax when I installed it(first,it worked with Sepiax). When the result did not satisfied me,my dealer/seller cleaned it for me and put eco solvent
