Some of the most clueless, entitled, condescending and arrogant people I ever have to deal with. I don't care if they are running for Governor or PTA president.
We have an MTutech printer that is phenomenal. Clearest, brightest prints I've ever seen from a wide format printer. The problem is the MainTop Rip software it uses is less than ideal. Has anyone found an alternative? We have Onyx and Flexi's Production Manager but this printer isn't listed...
I have never been able to get Graphtec support on the phone. Summa on the other hand seems like tech people are bored and sitting there begging the phone to ring. Summa techs have always been quick and easy to deal with.
Screwed up an order and need these prints for an even tomorrow night. If anyone can do this send me a text at 334-324-8465, I'll be in the shop scrambling to handle the rest of this job and won't be able to check in here until this afternoon. Art is a png and ready to go.
I used to have several suppliers for bulk printed plastic banners (think Coke and Pepsi banners) but it's been years since I've used one. Does anyone know of a company that still prints these? Looking at quantities of 150-250 per run. No, vinyl is not an option.
Sorry, just saw this. Our issue turned out to be that previous techs had rewired and recoded the machine as work-arounds to other problems so that every time we fixed one thing it was throwing something else off. We ended up having to bring in an independent tech who rewired the printer back...
The hard drive in our printer failed. We bought a hard drive that was supposed to have the software on it but the software was corrupted. So we bought a new hard drive assuming we could download the software from HP but they don't make it available, they want to sell us a hard drive with the...
I have a company I'm using now that does good work but they are a retailer. I'm hoping there's a good wholesaler that I can send Direct to Film prints to.
Thanks for giving me the custom-transfers.com link. I've placed two orders with them so far and I'm sending another one tomorrow. LOVE the feel of the prints and the color is awesome.
That link you posted goes to https://parts.hp.com/hppartsIGSO/Default.aspx?from=ERP&mscssid=DD88941145D34701B778D9CEC21D9D2D&cc=US&lang=EN&jumpid= and that let's me in. parts.hp.com gets me to hp.com. Weird. Thanks.
This. Both chargebacks I had to deal with were because my credit card processing showed up as the corporation name and not the business name and customers were confused. A quick phone call got it taken care of immediately.
The hard drive in our HP died and needs to be replaced. HP won't sell parts without sending a technician. I really don't want to pay $2500 to a tech to spend 30 minutes swapping a $40 hard drive it I can avoid it.
