I saw someone there last week. This guy in town who has a heating business has been buying small businesses and having other people run them. He has a girl there running it. A couple months ago she was emailing me asking what I charge for printed vinyl. I never responded. I haven't heard much...
That's awesome! I would like to do the same thing at some in a few years. I would not sell my building but rather rent the space out that I'm in now and work from home. I don't feel like there's much money in selling a business except for the equipment/building. When the sign shop down the road...
I would also give two prices and hope they bite at the printed. What size vinyl roll are you using? 30"? Can't do 2 up on 24" - that sucks. Don't forget to account for all the wasted vinyl. I would try what the above person said, maybe try and do 3-4 at a time but cut a little registration mark...
My boys had a big landscaping job for a woman who has "Very, very....VERY, very large breasts and a beard." Being from a small town this might have been the first time they spoke with such a person. A couple days afte the job was done my youngest said..."At first it was weird but then I didn't...

Judging by the pride parade I saw on Twitter with a man whipping another man while driving down the street in the back of a pick-up truck, I'm guessing Hetro Pride Celebrations probably looks something like this...
Sometimes they can be! There are days that I crank out a crap load of smaller orders, letter some truck doors, do a pin stripe...that was last Wednesday. Was a profitable day with easy work LOL
I think it depends which area you live in. Houston is a lot bigger than my 7,000 population town. Everyone knows everyone here and mostly small businesses so FB works very well for a small town - probably not so much for a larger area.
It sounds like you need two people for full wraps which is something I don't have so I just do what I can handle as one person and an occasional helper. If you could get into wraps and get enough of them, you could eliminate a lot of the smaller orders - something that would make ME happy around...
The only crappy thing about not installing the signs you make is that some morons don't know what they are doing and do a sh*t job and people think because you made the sign, you installed it. I made a a sign for a bar and they installed it themselves but every little windstorm it fell down. Do...
