You print a "catalog" for each outbound order?
What are you defining as a "catalog"?
* Multiple pages with a saddle stitch or glued binding is what I define as a "catalog"
https://www.pcmag.com/picks/the-best-printers
Those look like parking meter tags.
That means
* High Tack Vinyl
* a non-PVC or vandal-resistant lamination
* contour cutting (would leave as a "set") no cutting into individual decals
I would also treat / print as a set like Boudica,
$8.29 per set
Installation of vinyl, (Wall, building, vehicle, ETC) is typically done by the SQFT.
experienced installers will know / charge more for difficult installs
* Flat surface - EASY & LESS $
* VW Beatle - TOTAL PITA & HIGH $$$
that look powder coated with a mini-textured finished

NOT looking for a production machine
Most of the printing is B/W 8.5 x 11
We would like to do 11x17 or 12x18 in vibrant color for proofing and enlarged views when needed
Inkject ONLY
there is a LONG list of issues seen here.
new ACM face, full print with CAST lam.
when the face is removed, need to blast the frame clean, repair the weld, and repaint from bare metal
