  2. Vanguard VR6D Ink problems

Basically, as it has many times been noticed by us, that all Vanguard equipment is built with Chinese BYHX printing control management systems and boards, which is the cheapest DIY kit available among third-party suppliers. This may not at first seem significant, but it means that unfortunately...

  5. Need Help UV Flatbed Recommendations

Hi Isaac, Since you're in the SoCal area, consider vising our Los Angeles office. We sell the excellent Sova UV flatbeds. They don't have the name recognition yet, but they are close competitors to Digitech's machines and for the price, Oce/Fuji/Vanguard don't compare. I think you will be...
  6. UV Printer Newbie Question

Agreed, entry level can mean many things. Avoid UV printers with Epson heads if you can as they are not designed for UV ink (that is, they do not have an in-built heater). Ricoh heads are great, Kyocera heads are better. Since I'm not sure what you have in mind, check out our Sova UV printers...

  10. Best UV Printers for Braille Signs

I truly am happy for you. We've met many, many Canon owners who curse Canon up and down for their crappy support. I'm speaking of the US; perhaps the Australian/Oceanian area is better.
  11. Best UV Printers for Braille Signs

Lol at the idea that anyone would trust Canon. They have proven themselves innumerable times to utterly fail to serve their customers, having issues exactly and worse than the OP described with DCS. Another in-character move for Canon is to sell their Touchstone software as necessary to do...

Hi Marco, Apologies for just seeing this. Signs101 has a weird way of showing messages. Are you still in need of replacement inks? To be upfront, we support some EY ink types but not all, so it depends on what specific ink type you use.

Several reasons could be. Meniscus settings, the air filter could be clogged on the black line, or the printhead's rubber gaskets are too old and can't hold the system hermetical.

Gerald hi! I'm just curious, what kind of ink do u use? Is it fluid color or HandTop OEM branded inks? We are HT dealer in an Eastern Europe country so pretty familiar with their equipment ... For sure we have something to offer to you, but I'm trying to figure out what kind of ink do you use...
  15. Oce Arizona 480gt register file.

It isn't possible, but you can replace the printer's index in the SDS menu, so it becomes to recognize itself as an Oce or just use the chips. In this case, you have to destroy the original RFID ring on an ink bag and stick the right chip to the RFID board instead.
  16. Allprintheads.com legit?

I knew UV, but I meant the specific SwissQ UV ink type (SQS, SQS rigid, SQS flexible, G-ink, etc.), as we could share with you some ink codes that you might find helpful.
  17. CET K2-1000L flatbed with intermittent banding issues and nozzle fallout

Unfortunately, it will not help. There was a lot of good advice given, but you likely have to change your ink to achieve the stability you're looking for. The nozzle check above clearly shows that magenta has viscosity a bit different from K and Y. Cyan is about the same range, but it still...
