  2. Seeking advice on purchasing a 2.5x3 flatbed printer with a budget of under 200k

We are not a user like your post may have been directed toward, but we manufacture and sell our excellent SOVA UV flatbed printer. The Sova X is the 2.5x3m model. If you are interested, I am happy to provide more information.
  3. FB700/750 ink replacements

I encourage you to check out Lipla HD. We have several FB500/700 operators who use the ink with no problems and report better adhesion and color. I would be happy to send you some samples so you could check them out for yourself.
  4. Arizona printhead bad??

You can try rolling a microfiber cloth, soaking it in flush, and letting the black head sit on the cloth overnight. In the morning, swab with flush and print a nozzle check. Repeat for another night or two if necessary. This process should help clear up the majority of clogs.

If you have experience with Chinese machines and think you might benefit from US-based support, consider checking out our Sova UV flatbed printers and TPS cutters. The Sova printers are mostly built in China with final assembly here in the US, and the TPS cutters are fully Chinese manufactured...

  8. Uv flatbed printer questions

It depends on your questions and to a degree your printer. What do you need help with?
  9. UV Printer for metal Plates

Pretty much any commercial UV printer can do this. The issue of detail and durability relies mostly on the ink used.
  10. CMYKEngineering and Third Party Inks?

Hey we know those jokers! No comment on ink since the question was asked of our customers. We have no problem working on CET printers--they are rebrands of another manufacturer with which we are very familiar. Everyone who has used our services know how good we are. We prefer to support...
  11. Need input on replacement cutter

I would submit for your consideration the excellent TPS-brand cutters. While not as well known as the big names, we have placed a few already this year because buyers can see the value in a solid, well-featured, and well-supported flatbed cutter.
  12. Selling a flatbed?

We have moved this model of printer many times. There are still buyers for 365s, and the cost of buying a well-treated used printer plus moving expenses is still less than a brand new machine. You could list the printer in a number of places, including here (Signs101) and on Global Garage.
  13. Ventilation for flat bed UV printing

  16. Best UV Printers for Braille Signs

I'm glad your experiences have been good, but we have many customers throughout the US who report below average to poor service from Canon. Also, Touchstone software is not required to print height files. It's an intermediary cash grab that Canon sells :)
  17. Vanguard VK3220t-HS - Any thoughts?

I agree with MarkSnelling above in that the tech in the VK3220T-HS is more widely available than the price may suggest. Here is a video of our Sova Glyph, also with Kyocera heads, magnetic drive, automatic height detector, and more, running at last year's Printing United show in Vegas. We...
  18. Flat Bed Cutter Recommendations

    That would be the X9.
  19. Flat Bed Cutter Recommendations

We should make the differences between the X9 and other models more obvious--our bad. The table size is the same as as the X7, but the X9 comes standard with 2 tool heads, a router head, and an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) for the router. The additional heads and ATC greatly increase efficiency...
  20. Flat Bed Cutter Recommendations

Oh hey, that's us! :) There's probably similarities to Zund (only so many ways to make a flatbed cutter look, after all), but TPS is a well-established brand that makes many different types of machines. We were impressed by their cutters and agreed to distribute and support their machines in...
