Have you tested the triacs and fuses on the new board. I'm aware that the issue didn't "follow" the main board, but there may be some gremlin in your system that did the "same thing" to both boards.

I like building my canvases at a 22.5 degree reverse bevel (building two today). It's a compound cut that comes off very easy. The side recedes at a 45 degree angle into the shadows. Gives a very high end look vs. 90 degree sides.

NMP is the preferred toshiba head cleaner here.

my printer has those exact head. I syringe a bit of NMP through them. Best cleaner around for clogged UV ink.

if it's very flexible, it's mirror PETG. not too uncommon, but less common than mirrored acrylic which is everywhere.
