4over will, signs365 will.... I believe Firesprint (Who is a member on here) Also will. Unless you're a merchant member, you're not allowed to offer your services - BUT even if people did... Signs365 is usually 1 day shipping if you order before midnight... so you order Monday, itll get here...
  2. Need help

    Trade.4over is another option.
  3. Need Help Laminating ACM/Max Metal

If you laminate and are having ink adhesion problems, when the laminate gets heated / cooled it'll rip the UV ink off / make it crack. You're supposed to use a UV liquid laminate like Malibu if that's your plan, otherwise within a few months it'll lookjke crap.
  4. Gerber Sabre 408 Spoil Board/Sacrificial Table

How often do you cut small parts? I saw a video on this and bought it... And we can cut 3" x 3" Aluminum on our multicam and it wont move. I was shocked as I thought it was an "As seen on TV" fake type product... but even without cutting, we put a small sign on it, and on the MDF without...
  5. Software Help RIP Recommendations

Were you on production house before? I think it used to be included. Our work license has the Flatbed option... And everytime they tried to switch us to Thrive, they threw in the "Free" $500 flatbed option. We just went from Production house 21, to Thrive for about 2K CAD - 6 rips, 3...
  6. Pricing

I beat stickermule... not by much in the higher quantities. usually 3" x 3" Stickers I sell for 50 cents a piece in under 100 qty - In 100-1000 I'm at 25 cents... Stickermule is at about 32 cents for 2000 + - $1 for 100 plus. Online I sell for more - Thats my local, you must come pickup...
  7. Self healing Cutting Table life expectancy

Yellotools one lasts awhile. We have had one on our rolls roller for about 8 years now.... And our guy stands at the end for all his trimming, it looks like crap but it doesn't affect the cutting at all.
  8. HP700W - how to disable white ink long term?

I think we went a year from the first time we used White ink to the second time... So long that the heads in the ink expired. When we use it the second time, it just worked.. you don't lose any ink when you have the auxiliary heads in. I don't think you would have a problem long term just...
  9. Looking for metal equipment tag supplier

Not to keep derailing the thread... :roflmao: Just finished my job of 500 tags. Ignore the crappy spray job on some of them...I remove the bad ones and re-spray., hence the row at the bottom - I do a quick throw them all into the jig, then I make sure they're all aligned, that there is...
  10. Recommendations for cleaning acrylic?

Rapidtac says not to use it on flame polished acyrlic.... Big warning on the bottle. Whether it's because of alcohol or not... No idea. But usually if a manufacturer warns you not to use it on a certain product, I follow their directions! I guess it could be a warning so you don't blame them...
  11. Color Match

As others have said, the only way to do it is print swatches. You'll come close, but not perfect on reflective.... Especially depending on the shade of the color. You can print a blue and depending on which angle you look at it, it'll go lighter or darker. And reflective has a grey / silver...
  12. Spraypaint Outgassing - THE MOST EXPENSIVE LICENSE PLATE EVER!!!

That depends on the paint though....and the vinyl. We do a lot of police car repairs... We'll replace a whole side when they sideswipe someone, even when only 1 panel is replaced / painted. We've had a few times, maybe half a dozen where the whole side except the painted piece is fine...and the...
  13. Blackout windows with panels

We usually go 1" away from the edge around the perimeter (so we can get a knife and cut it to remove) and then a strip down the center for good measures.
  14. Blackout windows with panels

What's on the inside of the windows? If it's something they can see, are they going to be happy seeing tape and glue everywhere? The one benefit of vinyl is you have the same look on both sides. And of course depending on how much tape and glue you use when they take it off, it might end up...
  15. Your Physical Health

They're in Nanjing. And you can bring in, or take out whatever you want from USA, or Canada - not sure about other countries. You just have to report it... They want to make sure you're not laundering money. I cross into the us often with 20-30k, they ask why it's for... And if it doesnt...
  16. Your Physical Health

Theyre more lax on foreigners saying bad stuff on the internet than locals - That said if he lives there... My guess is he's on a VPN so he doesn't get in trouble. My inlaws still live in china - They mentioned Covid on wechat while talking to the wife... And their account got banned for a...
  17. Looking for metal equipment tag supplier

Yup, first thing I looked for was Lightburn compatibility. Same with the C02... I did a lot of research before buying both my machines. Lightburn is a bit glitchy... at least on mine, If you move the engraving while it's showing the mark more than a dozen times itll lock up sometimes... but...
  18. Looking for metal equipment tag supplier

It is. I've done some 2 hour 3d coins just to hear the background noise! Is that your laser? Do you use trotec for your fiber as well? I bought a 60watt mopa to do stainless steel, but even though it does a nice a black I find it takes longer to do a deep black vs using cermark / loading...
  19. Upgrade from 335 to 700w?

I can count the months on 1 hand since we've owned it (2-3 years ago )where our Latex wasn't having an issue that needed a tech out. I dont know if it is (But I hope) The first gen of 700s that have issues... And hopefully the newer ones, or newer models fix those issues - but it does seem...
  20. Looking for metal equipment tag supplier

Yeah, Im thinking they just want anodized aluminum / thats been lasered... Pretty standard, and lasts a lot longer than a print does. We do thousands of them for an oil company who needs to tag their flanges and have them last... ours are out of steel though. A fiber laser makes quick work out...
