  1. Plywood Yard Art

I presume that you are not making these plywood figures for yourself, but for sale. That makes you a business. If you are not registered with your state and county as a business and don't have a sales tax ID number for collecting and remitting sales tax, do so. Then you will be able to register...
  2. cast laminate

1360z is not only cast, it's optically clear. So it serves double duty as a laminate for perforated vinyl. If you want thicker they still make 1060z.
  3. From Layering to Printed? Gloss Vinyl Printer Questions

No matter what printer you do it with, whether you print color or clear, you will have to consider the decal temporary use only. None of the print methods will last without lamination. Even if you start with matte colorchange wrap vinyl and print the gloss effect on it, the print will not last...

  5. Stinky avery calendered vinyl

Yeah. The Avery didn't used to smell like puke, but now it does. Also doesn't weed as well as it used to, especially the cast Avery.
  6. Die cut reflective stickers

Prices DO need to be higher on small quantities. You lose money otherwise.
  7. Corel 22 font selection is very sluggish

Install your fonts in Windows and let them be on the main drive. Don't use a font manager. Don't use previews in Corel if you have lots of fonts with complex letters, i.e. grunged fonts, as it takes a long time to display those in the preview pane.

  10. Can I shake cartridges before turning on printer?

You have to leave Epsons on all the time. Not only do they do periodic cleanings, they also do periodic ink cycling to prevent sludging in the lines and dampers.
  11. Graphtec plotter

Well, yes, yes they have. They have features like prefeeding and such that can be controlled from software now. Functionally, has any plotter changed since Windows 95 or even 3.1?
  12. HTV on YETI Hopper (bag cooler)?

I suspect that smashing the lid or side of that soft cooler in a 300+ degree heat press will destroy its insulative ability.
  13. Graphtec plotter

Flexi 10 is from the days of Windows Vista, so it's unlikely they have a driver for a current model Graphtec. However we use old cutting software with a Graphtec and have found that selecting an old model of Graphtec that was supported when the software was made is working.
  14. Another Double-Sided Printing Thread

I gave up and don't sell double sided banners.
  15. Font ID Please

Nexa Regular or Montserrat Light. The R looks more like Montserrat.
  16. Window perf

Have you looked at it? Is it on the edge where it may have been lifted and not stuck fully? Is it actually dirt in the holes?
  17. Window perf

    Same here.
  18. Window perf

Let's try an experiment. Put unlaminated perforate on YOUR truck back window this week, and drive it that way through the spring rainy season. Tell me how much you liked it.
  19. Window perf

That wouldn't solve the problem of the holes filling with water and obscuring vision out the window. That's the reason why an optically clear vinyl laminate is required.
