Thank you for your help Pat... The problem here is that I do not understand profiles and their file types... I do not understand .icc vs .rml etc... I can see .icc profiles in the folder "Roland versaworks" in my "programs" folder... I do not know how to get the profiles into versaworks...is...

I have a SP 540-V and use versaworks... I upgraded versaworks from 2.2.2 to 5.2 (yes I went to 3.0 1st) and now all of my profiles are gone except for some generic ones that I do not use... I do not know how to import profiles but I am guessing I do it thru Media Explorer...??? I can see icc...
