I already tried that....this is what I see...

I finally upgraded to Windows 7 and Flexi 10 FROM Win XP and Flexi 7.5... It was helpful when searching thru files to open when my Flexi file icons actually looked like the sign file when searching files etc... My new pc with Win 7 and Flexi 10 does not do that....the icons are plain white...

ok...When I try to cut thru Production Manager with my Ana plotter I get a small pop up window asking me if I am cutting thru "this pc" or "another pc".... When I click on "this pc" instead of letting me choose and set up my plotter, I get an error message telling me that the program is closing...

I see that....thanx! I am home now but going to the shop this morning to try to get this to work... This might help :) It would be most convenient to cut from flexi tho :)

Thanx....so it doesn't cut thu Versaworks...? What about Ana drivers...?

Well....thanx to your help this issue has been resolved... Ended up on the phone with Roland tech yesterday...four calls... It appears that there was no simple answer... There were files to download and IP addresses to be changed and synced etc but it is done! woo hoo! Now to get it to cut...

I am setting up a new pc with Flexi 10 and a Roland sp-540v but also want to cut vinyl on my Anagraph plotter thru Flexi... Is that possible and, if so, how do I do that...? Thanx for any help given :)

Thank you very much for your help :) When I tried your instructions it "kinda" worked... The Advanced JET AJ-1000 is gone so it did something :) However it will not show selections OR let me enter anything except the IP Address... Does the printer have to be plugged in to the computer...

Could this be because the computer does not "see" the printer...?

I just posted a thread with a VW problem and could REALLY use that as well.... I am wondering if you would be so kind as to share that with me as well...? I will PM you my email in case you would like to help me too... Thank you very much!

I tried to put this in the Software/Versaworks section but for some reason that section did not work right... Got a new computer...Windows 7.... Installed Flexi 10 with no problems... Installed Versaworks 4.0... That's where the problem starts... I can send files from Flext to VW no...

We've been using generic 1-1/2" banner hem tape with mediocre success... I would love to hear about some better....stronger alternatives... What are you guys using...? THANX!!!

Thanx for the reply :) If you look at the picture closely you can see that somehow they have the vinyl going under them...strange...

The truck is really very easy...flat, smooth fiberglass... HOWEVER.....it has those giant, plastic "plug" looking things I assume are some kind of rivet or bolt head covers... See picture... When the truck went up for sale "they" (?) quickly put plain, white vinyl on it instead of painting it...

Well....a big THANK YOU to all that offered help :) Went thru the entire process again and all is well now...printing great again :) FYI...This printer is for sale...I live in Florida...I bought a new Mutoh and holding off delivery til I sell the Roland... Thanx again!!!

"print in uni-directional mode"...? I will try the bi-directional calibration...is that in the user menu or the service menu...? I am NOT calling Roland as I live in a little hick town far from the "big city" and they charge me $650 just to show up! Also...FYI....I have bought a new printer but...
