Yes....the ones in the service manual...maybe I did not do a good enough job and need to revisit that...AND...I did not do the user menu bi-directional adjustment...(electrical?) Thank you :)
I replaced the mag/yellow head a couple months ago and did all of the normal adjustments...
Everything is fine on large prints because the tiny "red" shadow barely shows however on very small stuff it shows pretty bad...
I have an order for 1000 small product labels with some very fine print...
For those that do not know, these would be the red circle with the line thru it...
Does anybody know of a searchable database for these...? Preferably in vector...?
I do a lot of signs for municipalities and I run across the need for some pretty obscure ones...

OK...it was a blown head and I replaced it yesterday...

From the service menu select "change ink type" and press enter and then go into normal mode and it will be gone...

I replaced a head today on my Roland SP-540V, now the display screen keeps saying 'Ink not filled', and has blown thru a crap load of ink...
I temporarily stopped it by turning the printer off...
I remember this now (after it is too late) from the last head replacement and techs told me to...

Why would some magenta be over into the yellow...?
FYI...it looks like the rectangle is "racked" in the pics but they really aren't...it's the pictures...
The yellow is very faint like it isn't getting a full shot of ink...???
